Error when reinstalla Artisan Studio 7.0 UNO

When I resintall de artisan show me the next error:
Failed to copy Models repository SAV file
anybody know why?

Hello Armando,

You will probably find you still have a:

\Enabler\Server\Param

folder with a "users" file in it, from your old installation. Open this in Notepad you will see entries like

:MYPC\Johnsmith:

Do you have any user names with spaces' ', full stops '.'or underscores '_' in them? For example:

:MYPC\John smith:
:MYPC\Alan.jones:
:MYPC\Frank_worthington:

All of these entries would cause problems because the character after the ',' '.' or ' ' needs to be a capital i.e.:

:MYPC\John Smith:
:MYPC\Alan.Jones:
:MYPC\Frank_Worthington:

The machine or domain name before the '\' should be all upper case and all of the characters in the users name should be lower case other than the first one after the '\' and the first after a ',' '.' or ' ' needs to be a capitals.

If you find yours are different to this please edit them so they comply to this and try the re-install again. Please let us know how you get on.
