OffTopic: What happend to Artisan GSN Modeler ?

Some weeks ago, there was a download offer,
but when I install, and run, I get a menu with "username, password" question.
As there was no download offer for a manual, whats the default username +password ?

Well I got this screen without paying for any license, so with the free download :-).

If I now look at

the link for download
http://www.artisansoftwaretools.com/downloads/evaluation/artisan-gsn-modeler-30%20title=
does not load a download page.
