How do I set up and operate Artisan's Backup utility using NTBackup on an XP machine?

Artisan's help topic "Backing Up a Repository (Enabler Administration)" says to set up the tool using the syntax:

"backup_tool backup_device <BACKUPLIST> [params]
where
...
params are parameters required by your backup tool. Consult the documentation for the backup tool to find out which parameters are required. The exact placement of the parameters in the command string depends on the tool."

This is not really helpful enough.

Has anyone used NTBackup for this?
