Artisan Models Neighborhood Empty Artisan Models Neighborhood

I downloaded Artisan Studio Uno and have been unable to open Artisan Models Neighborhood. The manual says it should be installed as a shortcut on the desktop, which its not. I found it buried in the Artisan Real-time Studio Exe folder, but nothing happens when I try to open it. Am I supposed to enable something? I've tried removing the program and re-installing fresh but same result.
